DownloadMost of Chauncey is located in a 100 year floodplain, therefore, construction activities within Chauncey must be regulated through Ordinance 2023-5 Floodplain Management. Any improvement made to a property must first complete and submit the floodplain permit below to the Code Inspector by dropping it off at 42 Converse St., mailing to P.O. Box 227, or emailing it to chaunceycode@gmail.com.
